VSM Investment Studio inherits the activity of a group of angel investors that started investing back in 2010.

We have the goal of improving our investment outcomes, generating more profits for the investors and more positive impact on the planet.

Our ecosystem is also a forum for networking and knowledge sharing focused on innovation and entrepreneurship.

We do more than scout, invest in, and support startups. Our club and ecosystem also organize webinars and events, aiming to foster networking and knowledge sharing focused on innovation and entrepreneurship.

DEAL FLOW, INVESTMENT & SUPPORT

Our ecosystem has access to multiple investment opportunities in startups from various verticals that are curated and vetted by our key team members. We only pitch projects to the club that are in the seed or early growth stages, that are climate-friendly, where we can add value, and that we believe have the necessary potential for growth and profitability.

If we decide to move forward and are able to raise the necessary capital from our club members, we use existing angel investment vehicles or create new ones to allocate funds to the startups. This process can be done offline or using regulated online platforms that handle all associated bureaucracy, simplifying the management and reporting processes.

Our team, including business angels, venture builders, and other club members with experience, expertise, networks, and availability, will provide the necessary support to the startup. We will audit the investment and monitor its progress. Our work does not stop with the investment; our involvement and contribution help the startup overcome challenges, increase the chances of success, and lead to a profitable exit down the road.

MEMBERSHIP

The VSM Investment Studio is exclusive, and membership is free. We started as an invitation-only club, but now we accept applications from anyone interested in investing in promising startups, contributing to the growth of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and networking with like-minded and savvy individuals.
